The contractor will be responsible for wood treatment, including chemical preservatives such as water and fire-retardant coatings.

A softwood trim will be provided and coated with a transparent finish. An elastomeric joint sealant will be used to maintain water- and air-tight conditions on deteriorating joint substrates. The work will also include installation of fire-resistant Portland cement plaster with a stucco finish.
