Carboline Company, a world leading supplier of high performance coatings, linings and fireproofing, is seeking a Supply Chain Manager at their manufacturing facility in Lake Charles, LA.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s (Business preferred) or equivalent experience), with a minimum of 2 - 5 years prior management/supervisory experience.
APICS certification is preferred. Union supervisory experience is a plus. Working knowledge of basic computer systems including Microsoft Office and Excel is required. Excellent communications and problem-solving skills are a must.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the management of all buying, execution of contracts, scheduling, receiving, shipping, inventory control of raw materials and finished goods, and returned goods for disposition. This position reports to the Site Manager.
