Carboline Company, a world leading supplier of high performance coatings, linings and fireproofing, is seeking a hands-on, self-motivated individual to fill an immediate opening for a Field Technical Service representative for Mobile, AL.
The ideal candidate will possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, 2 year college Chemistry or 5-7 years of Field Technical Service experience within the high performance coatings industry. NACE Level 3 certification is preferred.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to contacting customers/salespeople to gather pertinent information prior to field trips, traveling to field job sites giving routine guidance and assistance with job start ups and problems encountered on the job, and assisting in routine in-house work such as product evaluations, product demonstration, coating application equipment usage and maintenance, panel preparation and other duties necessary for normal function of the department.
