Textured Coatings of America, Inc. (TCA) is seeking energetic, enthusiastic Architectural Sales Rep/ Manager for its commercial division on the West Coast and Architectural Sales Reps in various other territories throughout the USA. TCA is a 50 year old paint and coatings manufacturer specializing in high performance, exterior architectural coatings. TEX·COTE® specializes in “cool” wall, roof and deck coating systems. Candidate must have at least five years experience in the commercial construction industry with an emphasis on architectural coatings, pre-cast and/ or tilt-up construction, and the re-paint market preferred. 
 
Candidate must have experience writing specifications and calling on architects, engineers, facility managers and roofing contractors through lunch and learns and regular appointments.  Excellent communication and organizational skills are a must.
 
Requirements:
·     Paint and coating knowledge.
·     Understanding of commercial construction procedures and timing.
·     Experience with construction documents, especially creating specifications.
·     Experience calling on construction professionals including facility managers and conducting lunch and learn presentations.
·     Experience in the repaint markets is a plus especially calling on property managers for both wall and roof coatings.
·     Experience growing national account business.
