Industrial Painter

Responsibilities include painting structures inside and outside the facility along with new and existing equipment. This position will also be responsible for creating job timeliness, cost estimates and inventories of painting tools and supplies.

Job functions include:

• Applying even coats of paint, varnish and stain to interior and exterior surfaces using brushes, rollers and spray compressors in a neat and efficient manner.
• Mix plaster and retardant evenly and skillfully
• Prepare surfaces for painting by removing old paint and dirt
• Fill nail holes, cracks and joints with caulk, putty, plaster or other filler
