Established 40+ year old Maryland based painting contractor, O.T. Neighoff & Sons, Inc. has an immediate opening for an Estimator / Project Manager with experience in industrial / commercial coatings projects.

As Project Manager, candidate is required to follow through multiple projects from the bidding stage, through to close out and invoicing.  Job Responsibilities include the following:

• Specification review, estimating, quoting projects, materials submittals and attendance of pre-bid meetings
• On-site meetings with Supervisors / Foremen on safety, quality control, materials and scheduling
• Responsible for all aspects of project Quality Assurance and Safety Compliance
• Coordination of scheduling between OTN crews, contractors, owners, engineers and inspectors
• Responsible for identifying and solving any problems on job sites
• Capable of training and skills communication
