Seeking experienced Senior Project Engineer to lead, manage and provide consulting engineering services for building envelope projects.  Other requirements: 

BS or MS in Civil/Structural Engineering and professional licensure preferred.

10+ years related experience in evaluating, analyzing and specifying building enclosure technology for both new facilities and existing structures requiring restoration/repair. 

Experience with masonry and other building envelope systems:  curtain walls/windows, air/ moisture barriers, flashing, waterproofing, and sealants.   

Experience using WUFI moisture migration modeling. 

Maintaining and developing clients and a passion for solving clients’ problems.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work in teams and desire to mentor and lead others. 

Passion for learning, conducting research, and for fixing problems with existing structures.   

Ability to travel to meet project and client needs.
