Paint BidTracker wants your best shot at capturing the drama, danger and beauty of industrial and commercial coatings work.
The construction reporting service devoted to identifying contracting opportunities for the coatings community is teaming up with JPCL on a photo contest to mark the service’s 10th anniversary.

From Sept. 10 to Nov. 1, Paint BidTracker will accept photos online through its project showcase at www.PaintBidTracker/showcase. Photos should include painted industrial or commercial structures and have a resolution of at least 300 dpi.
The grand prize winner will receive an Olympus TOUGH TG-1 iHS Camera ($399.99 value), two admission passes to SSPC 2013, and JPCL’s first Editor’s Photography Award. The winning photo will also be featured on PaintBidTracker.com and published in JPCL.
No Fee; Unlimited Entries
The contest is free to enter, and entrants may submit an unlimited number of photos.
Entrants must be 18 years old or older to enter. High-quality scans of non-digital photographs are acceptable. Digital photographs should be taken at the highest resolution possible. Photographs must be in a .jpeg, .jpg or .gif format.

Photographs that have won any other contests or have been published in magazines and newspapers (except online) are not eligible. Photos that violate or infringe upon another person’s rights, including but not limited to copyright, are not eligible.
Any relevant photograph uploaded to the site during the contest term will be considered, unless the submitter notifies [email protected] to be removed from the running.
Judging and Voting
Judging for the first round of the contest will be conducted by the Paint BidTracker staff and editors of JPCL. Finalists will be chosen and their photos featured in the November issue of JPCL. The second round of the contest will be judged based on popular vote, collected on paintbidtracker.com/showcase.
Finalists will be notified of their status by Nov. 20. After that, public voting will begin at PaintBidTracker.com/showcase. The grand-prize winner will be notified by Dec. 20.
