If you are accessing Paint BidTracker from your e-mail or directly from the site and see the following message at the top below the My Account tab, “Hello, [your name]. You aren't yet signed in to access bids,” click on the “Sign in to Bids” hyperlink immediately following the message to log in to your paid account.

My saved searches aren’t working. [back to top]

If you were a customer prior to 2012 and your saved searches are not functioning correctly, this is most likely due to our recent upgrade in technology. Our new software allows for much smarter searching than previously available. As a result, the more general parameters of the older searches did not translate to the new system in some cases.

The best approach to fixing this issue is to remove your existing searches and create new ones utilizing our updated filters. If you’d like assistance recreating your old searches, we can send you a list of the parameters that you were using in the old search format. If you’re having difficulty searching our database or would like instructions on how to set up new saved searches, please view our video tutorial for a comprehensive demonstration of our search tools.

On the search page, under “Project types”, be sure that the “verified paint” box is checked to ensure the most relevant results.
